A written quote from competitor is required and must be faxed to receive price match. In addition:

1. Hardware must be itemized same as FMS proposal with no ambiguity on model numbers, pricing, etc.
2. Item must be quoted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
3. Competitor must still be willing to sell the product to FMS.
4. If competitor refuses to sell to us or the bid proves to be invalid, the original sale price is final.
5. If competitor verifies quote price, FMS will refund the difference back to you.
6. Shipping prices not included in this offer.
7. Offer invalid if product has already shipped.
